Abstract:
This paper presents the results of an investigation of the temperature dependence of dielectric parameters εp and tanδ of the SrTiO3 single crystals doped with 3d-ions of Mn, Fe and Ni. The investigation was carried out in the temperature interval 15K - 300 K. The samples were obtained by the Verneuil method from the welt. Changes in the values of the dielectric parameters in comparasion with the undoped samples were observed, as well as anomalies in the temperature dependence. They have been caused by perturbation of stoichiometry with respect to oxygen, by the "prehistory" of the samples, by the act that a number of Ti4+ ions in converted to Ti3+ and also by the formation and relocation of the complex defects (hole centers, clusters, etc.).
